The guppy (Poecilia reticulata) is one of the most popular freshwater aquarium fish species in the world. It is a small member of the Poecilidae family (females 3 centimetres long, males 3 centimetres long) and is therefore live-bearing.

Customer Rating I ordered 6 of these little fish. They arrived next day after they were sent (I live in the bush, usually we don't get stuff overnight). I also ordered 5 Blue Snakeskins. All arrived alive and well. Unfortunately 4 of the snakeskin only survived for 1 night. Very sad. But the others are thriving and swimming very merrily around my tank, through the bubbles and having a great time. (Posted on 3/03/12)

Customer Rating I accidentally ordered 4 instead of 2, and lucky I did, as sadly, 2 were DOA. Livefish promptly refunded the 2 within 24hrs. My remaining 2 add a lovely almost luminous blue to my guppy tank while they do a mad little dance around the females. Very happy with my boys! (Posted on 2/11/11)

Customer Rating i work with disabled people and they LOVE these fish, they come in so many different colours, they are non aggressive, very active, breed frequently lol, and are total show offs, extremly easy to care for, and you can create your own colours of fish
i buy them from livefish.com and arrive healthy pretty much in a day or 2, i have not found petshops with this quality of fish that i buy from livfish if you looking for this type of fish your at the right place
