Great purchaseVery happy with the Jade Perch purchase. A good price and fast delivery. Fish arrived in styrofoam box sealed and with plastic airbags to assist with minimal movement. Only 1 fish didn’t make it and I have been given a credit for my next purchase of these fish which I will be doing as soon as there back in stock. Fish are doing fine and growing fast. Received and most alive!I ordered before they shut down over the Christmas/ New Year break, so I had to wait a while. When the fish arrived three were dead and a fourth followed shortly after :(
I am however very impressed with livefish. It was my first experience with fish and I will definitely be using them again.

good not perfectI live on the far side of nowhere. My order got split. First half arrived and about ten died. Second half arrived later that day I immediately opened the bags and emptied them into the outer bag and left the lid off the box for a night. By morning only two were dead.
Considering where I live and how the couriers took two days and split my order I think I'm lucky.

LiveFish are great to deal with as on the off chance that some fish arrive deceased from travel stress they are very understanding and happy to refund for the deceased fish. A business we can trustI brought 25 Jade perch and 4kg food for my aquaponic tank. This was 4 months ago and my first experience with online fish. Few of them were dead on arrival. I send the photo and I received the replacement very next week. Good packing, good communication and support. Now all 25 fishes grown big on auto feeding 2 times a day. I am ordering another set now.
