Very goodBought this fish on Sunday, postage wasn't Monday when I expected but they sent it from QLD on Wednesday at 1st and he arrived at my door in NSW at 8am Thursday morning. He was happy and healthy swimming around, the heat pack supplied was still warm and he was in a bag in a Styrofoam box marked "live fish handle with care" which made me happy to know he wasn't thrown around everywhere. He's in the tank now absolutely tiny, 2-3cm as described but my other big gold fish and small stickers are leaving him alone. Great buy, I'll be buying more soon as the missus let's me!

Best online experience. No joke!Wow! I'm amazed by (1) The fabulous customer service, letting me know that my fish was on its way, via email AND SMS! (2) The super fast postage time! (3) The packaging. Oh my gosh, the packaging. Let's say my fish arrived healthy and warm, thanks to the heat pack on top of the foam box he/she came in. There were 2 little holes on the lid and plenty of oxygen and water in the plastic bag, with plenty of soft padding for stability. This tells me how much Livefish truly care for all of their fish and highly respect their customers. And number (4) My gorgeous girl or boy arrived happy and VERY healthy! Settled in well with his tank mate. Honestly, this has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE with online shopping...and I'm no rookie. The postmen and woman expect to see me almost daily, lol (First time, stay at home Mum, lol). Thank you LiveFish. I will ONLY be buying from you from now on. What a MARVELLOUS experience and gorgeous fish.

All fish arrived alive and healthy. Love them!Ordered 15 various cichlids, all fish arrived alive and healthy. Much cheaper than the pet shops. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

Very HappyWhen I originally placed my order I was at first skeptical as I didn’t think that the delivery would be as quick as it was and I was dreading to think how many would possibly die in transit. I must say I was extremely impressed as it took 48 hours from the time the email was sent to state that my order was on its way and ALL arrived alive. Only two died within 24 hours of placing them in the tank but as one was a guppy and the other a molly I was far from concerned. The more expensive fish travel very well and are going very well. It has been over 7 days since the fish arrived.a rather Unfortunately one passed away soon after being placed in my tank, others however are doing very well and i think they may have even grown already!

Great first experienceThis was my first time buying live fish. Living in remote NSW I was a little nervous. My fish arrived in three days, all healthy. Their colour returned within 24 hours. Three weeks later they are all doing well.

Great little catfishOrdered 5 of these little catfish. At 2-3 cm they get lost in my 3 foot tank but there is definitely less algae since they arrived.
