Tropheus are a large family of African cichlids which are extremely popular with aquarists who specialize in keeping African fish species. Also known as the trophies Ikola this species is a naturally occurring species from lake Tanganyika. They extremely striking with a dark black body with an equally dark blue around the mouth and pectoral fins along with a very bright, sulfur-like band across the midsection of their body.

Very happy little fishArived very healty and full of life, thought he might be a bit small but stood his ground straight away.has settled in and is now starting to colour up.

AwesomeGot this fish a while ago now, arrive great but i order two and they only had one. Arrived small with no colour but is now 7cm within 2 month with its full colour
