These fish prefer a larger aquarium and lots of swimming space. Place plants around the inside edges of the perimeter and use wood for the decor. Though they will pick up leftover foods from the bottom of the aquarium, they do so daintily with very little disturbance to the substrate or the plants.

Very territorial Review by Coley
Customer Rating Had one of these I recently got rid of... Was causing a lot of stress and resulted in 2 of my clown loaches dying. Rainbow shark would chase them every time the loaches came out to feed. Do not go well with loaches or other sharks. (Posted on 26/09/11)

AWESOME Review by Turbo
Customer Rating Have a rainbow shark called Turbo, for it's extreme bursts of speed. I also keep him with 5 tiger barbs and 1 neon tetra. He doesn't bother the tetra and actually protects it. He chases the tigers around a lot but never harms them. A very exciting and when well fed, colourful fish. Easy to look after, no stress. A++ :D (Posted on 15/08/11)
