Do you really deliver live fish to my door?
Yes. Orders ship Monday to Thursday via Team Global Express premium air freight, and most arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, occasionally up to 48 hours. Every order is backed by a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee.
What does shipping cost?
$22 for orders under $100, $11 for orders over $100, and free for orders over $150. There's a $25 minimum order (excluding shipping). A Regional Area Surcharge may apply if you're in a regional postcode, shown at checkout.
What happens if a fish arrives dead or unwell?
You're covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. Photograph the fish in the sealed shipping bag and submit a claim within 24 hours via our Claims Form, and we'll assess it within 2 business days.
Do you deliver everywhere in Australia?
Almost everywhere, most orders go straight to your door. A few states have extra biosecurity steps: WA has restrictions on certain species (and we cover the WA Quarantine Inspection Fee for you), NT requires a free permit before shipping, and Tasmania is limited to marine fish and dry goods. How do I know what's actually in stock?

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, LiveFish is an online-only retailer, which is how we're able to hold and ship such a wide range across the whole country rather than what fits on a shop floor.
